Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Item must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase or order number is required

Return Shipping Cost

A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items

Opened personal-care or hygiene products

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
